My spiritual name is Kamala. I’m a certified yoga coach specializing in prenatal and postnatal yoga and taking yoga to children. I’m Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Open to all levels. From beginner to advanced levels. I have 9 years of holistic practice in yoga.

I started my yoga journey in Italy, almost 15 years ago. I focused on strength, balance, and flexibility as a way to improve my different skills and I realized that these abilities reflect a deeper and more powerful shift taking place within.

I have learned yoga from many different teachers.

Since my first Yoga and Meditation Teacher training in Italy in Ananda Ashram a Milano in 2013-2016 I chose to dedicate my life to studying yoga. After I completed my course I taught private Yoga classes in small groups to focus more on my students. Hatha yoga was very successful for my students. All practice starting from Pranayama, Asanas, and Mindfulness with Relax. The philosophy I have learned shines through my practice and teaching style.

In 2019 I did my Yoga Kids Training with Caroline Garland Yoga which helps me to develop my skills to teach kids of different ages. At the moment I’m teaching yoga postpartum with my son. These classes create a safe place for women and there is something very special about them. Who is spending time with kids during baby yoga, can explore new skills which yoga brings everyday.

In 2020 I dedicate my time to Yoga Prenatal and Postpartum training with Lauren Prindiville. I become interested in the areas for a few different reasons. I was pregnant with my son and I wanted to experience in full consciousness my body and all the time during pregnancy. And the feelings teaching classes and see mothers who are having these amazing feelings during and after prenatal and postpartum yoga classes. During all life, mothers go through the life-changing, experience of caring baby or giving a baby birth. Building Self Nurture, Strength, Stamina, and Inner Power with Pranayama and dedicate time to a new beginning after the baby is born is nothing better than practicing Yoga and Meditation.

You can imagine if all of us could teach yoga and meditation how different the future could be? For almost 15 years of my experience, I have helped many of my clients to adapt the yoga positions according to their ability so to enable them to stretch safely and become more flexible. People nowadays are having back pain because of stress, lack of sleep, and worries. We can start the change now. Never is too late. We can always do something for ourselves. Selflove and body-mind. This is where yoga starting.

My yoga classes are running from beginner to advance group. At the moment I’m running private classes on zoom with prenatal and postpartum yoga.
