Postnatal yoga is a perfect combination of calmness and strengthening for mother and baby. Every woman is different, so every pregnancy will be different. That’s why Prenatal yoga is a unique as each pregnancy. Women will recover at different speeds depending on the labor time and the physical condition before childbirth. Yoga helps acknowledge flexibility to our body and mind. It helping to adapt to our new lives.
Yoga can help to heal our bodies and mind in a very short time. Postnatal yoga provides our babies with soothing, nurturing practice which invites them to explore their bodies and movements.
The postnatal yoga recovery period is different for all women. Remember after 8 weeks to check with your Gp if you are able to start yoga.
