Prenatal Yoga

The practice of prenatal yoga is an important time in a women’s life-giving better health of the body, mind, and spirit. A practice uniquely for pregnancy yoga can help support moms to be ready mentally, emotionally, and physically. Yoga helps to unify the physical, emotional, and spiritual growth between the mother and her developing child.

Prenatal classes will focus on pranayama, meditation, opening the hips, restorative poses, core/leg strength and relaxation. All the classes starting and finishing with mindfulness. Prenatal yoga can help future mothers become more resilient during and after pregnancy.
